1. About Us  Waypoint Advisory provides professional advisory services, workshops, and one-to-one support focused on professional reintegration following extended absence from work.  Email: hello@waypointadvisory.co.uk

 

2. Services  We provide advisory services, workshops, and resources to individuals and organisations.  All services are provided on a professional, non-therapeutic, non-clinical basis.  We do not provide: • medical advice   • mental health treatment   • therapy or counselling   • legal or financial advice.  Our services are intended to support reflection, confidence, and professional reintegration only.

 

3. Bookings and Payment  • Bookings must be made in advance via our agreed personal booking system   • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking   • Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing   • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.  We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control.  In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds   • Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice   • Workshops and organisational services are subject to agreed contractual terms   • Refunds are not available for missed sessions without the required notice period of no less than 48 hours.

 

5. Confidentiality  We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose information to third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

 

6. Intellectual Property  All materials provided by Waypoint Advisory (including handouts, workbooks, and resources) remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waypoint Advisory Ltd shall not be liable for:   • any indirect or consequential loss   • loss of income, business, or opportunity   • outcomes resulting from decisions made by clients following our services.  Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.

 

8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
