About Emma

Career Background
Emma's career has taken her across a wide range of environments:
-
Corporal, Royal Military Police – Serving in Northern Ireland
-
Detective, Metropolitan Police - numerous Crime Squads
-
Years in the corporate world with blue-chip pharmaceutical and medical device companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Sanofi Aventis
-
She has created and run several businesses, Sole Trader and Ltd.
More recently, Emma has worked on Government Business Support projects, helping founders and managers diagnose challenges, access the right support, and move themselves and their organisations forward.
Alongside her professional work, Emma volunteers within her local community—supporting sports clubs and serving as part of the volunteer crew on the town’s All-Weather Lifeboat.
Emma 's Philosophy
Her most recent work, supporting businesses and individuals to unlock potential they don’t always recognise in themselves, has ignited a real passion in her.
Emma says - "Time and again, I've met talented, capable people who doubt their worth—not because they lack ability, but because they simply don’t recognise it in themselves. I think this is a huge loss of potential talent".
"I’ve been told repeatedly that conversations with me have inspired people to do things they might not otherwise have considered. I find this very humbling".
As an entrepreneur Emma is now focused on what she sees as her final professional chapter. She says "My purpose is clear: to help others create a working life that feels full, confident, and genuinely satisfying. Assisting them to achieve this is where my focus now lies".
"My belief is simple: you are still you.
You still have the knowledge, the experience, and the capability. Time away does not erase what you bring — and with the right support, it can become part of your strength rather than a setback". Emma goes on to say -
"What I Do Now"
"I work with individuals and organisations who truly value their people — those who have invested years of skill, effort, and commitment into their careers, yet find that after time away, whether due to family responsibilities, illness, caring, or personal reasons, their confidence has taken a knock".

"My role is to help people reconnect with their professional identity, rebuild self-belief, and return to work at the level they deserve — without feeling they must settle for less because life happened".
